Go live with your digital menu, share your link, and print your QR code.
3 minOnce you're happy with your menu, click "Publish" in the Design Studio or from your dashboard. Your menu is instantly available at your unique Rioxly URL.
Every change you make is saved automatically. When you publish, the latest version goes live. You can unpublish at any time to take your menu offline temporarily.
After publishing, download your QR code from the dashboard. It's available as a PNG (for digital use) or PDF (for printing).
Print the QR code on table tents, stickers, window signs, receipts, or packaging. The recommended minimum size is 2×2 inches (5×5 cm) for reliable scanning.
💡 Tip: Your QR code links to a permanent URL. When you update your menu, the QR code stays the same — you never need to reprint it.
Beyond the QR code, share your menu link directly on social media, your Google Business Profile, Instagram bio, and any existing website you have.
Every view of your menu, whether from a QR scan or a direct link, is the same page — no separate versions to maintain.
